Fourth Romanian Itinerant Seminar on Mathematical Analysis and its Applications

The “Fourth Romanian Itinerant Seminar on Mathematical Analysis and its Applications” will take place at Brașov, May 19-21, 2022.  

Under the auspices of
  * Academy of Romanian Scientists
  * Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca'
  * Tiberiu Popoviciu Institute of Numerical Analysis in Cluj-Napoca,  Romanian Academy
  * Transilvania University, Brasov

Its aim is to bring together Romanian researchers (from Romania and  from abroad) working on subjects in the areas listed below or  related topics. Foreign participants are also welcome (in this case  English will be the language of the corresponding sessions). This  fourth edition of the RISMAA continues and develops the ideas that  were expressed by Prof Gheorghe Morosanu in 2017, when he launched  the itinerant seminar. In particular, he said that “although there  are nowadays excellent means of communication, face-to-face conversations cannot be replaced by anything else, so periodic meetings are strongly needed”. Thus, the physical presence of the participants is strongly preferred. However, this time, because of a possible adverse pandemic situation in the coming spring, online presentations will be also accepted

This edition of the RISMAA is organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Transilvania University of Brașov on May 19-21, 2022. Participants are expected to get financial support from their own institutions or from other sources.

There will be no proceedings volume of this fourth edition, but the contributions can be sent as  usual submissions to our BULLETIN OF THE TRANSILVANIA UNIVERSITY OF BRASOV (
